Is Rubrily free?
Yes. Rubrily is free for companies: unlimited candidates, unlimited AI interviews, unlimited CV evaluations, and the core ATS pipeline, with no credit card required. It isn't a trial — the free plan is permanent. Paid Growth and Scale tiers add automation, API access, and enterprise controls.
What does "unlimited" include?
Unlimited candidates in your pipeline, unlimited async AI interviews conducted and scored, and unlimited AI CV evaluations against your rubrics — on every plan, including Free. We don't meter the screening itself; higher tiers differ in workflow features (automation, SSO, API), not in how many candidates you can assess.
What are candidate add-ons?
Candidate add-ons are optional paid extras offered to candidates around their interview experience. A charge only happens if a candidate chooses one and starts it. They're how Rubrily stays free for companies — and if you'd rather your candidates never see an offer, recruiters can disable add-ons per project.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
